Turning Your Press Sheets Into a Polished Finished Product

Our Print Conversion service is simple: we take the finished press sheets that you’ve printed on your own equipment and convert them into magnets for you. We work with and help printing companies like you by expediting your process to save you time and money. Rest assured that our high-quality magnetic materials will make the perfect base for your custom press sheets.

To make sure the finished product is the best it can be, we have a few guidelines to follow when sending us your pre-printed press sheets:

• Please only use cover stock. We cannot accept text stock at US Magnetix.
• Please always indicate a consistent guide corner: mark grip and guide edges.
• Crowd your live image to .5” from grip and guide edges.
• Please don’t trim your sheets after printing.
• If your sheet size is up to 14” x 20”, your live image area should not exceed 12” x 18”.
• With sheets larger than 14” x 20” up to 19” by 25”, your live image area should not exceed 18” x 24”.
• Your print must match an existing dieline provided by US Magnetix or match a new dieline approved for production with us.
